Maintaining the Momentum
'Maintaining the Momentum' was indeed the inspiration that set the scene at this year's Forum. The Forum Chairman was Mr Jim Fetgatter, Chief Executive, The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). With several topics on discussion, it provided key information with overviews made by three REITs associations - EPRA, APREA and NAREIT. In addition, world-class presenters reflected on various subjects such as, assets, global real estate capital flows, short term and long term performance of REITs and the impact of REITs in Europe moving forward.
The signature event for our industry is to present the awards for Trust Manager of the Year and Property Securities Fund Manager of the Year. PIR would like to congratulate Stockland Group (SGP) who was presented with Trust Manager of the Year and SG Hiscock for Property Securities Fund Manager of the Year.
